General opening times are Monday to Friday 10am until 7pm & Saturdays 11am until 5pm.

Sometimes we attend training courses and seminars to educate ourselves and continually improve our services for you.

If you get the answering machine. please leave your name and phone number so that we can get back to you as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy:  

We understand that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, plans need to be changed. However from the time that you make your booking your spot is held for you. This means that, should someone else want to have one of our divine treatments at the time you are on, we may not be able to treat that person.

We ask you to please understand that, should you cancel your appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• Cancellations received between 48 and 24 hours prior to your appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of full treatment cost.
• Cancellations received within 24 hours or less prior to your appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of full treatment cost.
• Cancellations for Gift Vouchers received within 24 hours or less prior to your appointment time you will forfeit your voucher.

How to find us:  

By car
Once you are on Delhi Rd, coming from Chatswood turn left into Julius Avenue and then right into Newbigin Close (no through road) right next to The Village. Follow Newbigin Close to the multi-storey car park, park and then follow the covered walkway past the tennis courts. Face Body Wellness is located in The Village on Level 1, next to the Swimming Pool.

Once you are on Delhi Rd, coming from North Ryde or Epping turn right into the second entrance of Julius Avenue and then right into Newbigin Close (no through road) right next to The Village. Follow Newbigin Close to the multi-storey car park, park and then follow the covered walkway past the tennis courts. Face Body Wellness is located in The Village on Level 1, next to the Swimming Pool.

By public transport
From the City, Buses 286, 288, 290, 291, 292 and 293 travel from the City (Town Hall) along Epping Rd. Ask the driver for the Epping Rd/Pittwater Rd stop. Cross Epping Rd, and walk towards the big Microsoft Building, turn left into Rivett Rd, walk up to a roundabout and turn right into Julius Ave. Keep walking until you reach CSIRO, 5 Julius Ave. Walk through the driveway all the way until you see a swimming pool. Face Body Wellness is next to the Swimming Pool.

From Epping Station/Macquarie Centre, the buses travel along Epping Rd. Then see above.

By train: Take the train to North Ryde Station. Turn right coming out of the station and follow Delhi Road towards Chatswood. Turn right into the second entrance of Julius Avenue. Follow Julius Avenue until you see The Village on your right. Face Body Wellness is on the first level at the back of The Village next to the swimming pool.
